ICI: Vehicle Theft Investigation

As the most highly reported of all major crimes, vehicle theft statistics from the 1995 Uniform Crime Report note over 1.5 million stolen vehicles. Fewer stolen cars are being recovered due to “chop shops” and export rings. This course will provide participants with needed information to successfully complete the investigation of a vehicle theft and to arrest and prosecute offenders. Additionally, this course included practical exercises at outside facilities
